The WFE540's smooth ceramic glass cooking surface contains spills and is easy to wipe down. Underneath, high speed heating elements are designed to warm up faster than traditional electric coil burners. The main burner is a dual element unit and can be set to two different sizes to accommodate both large and small cookware.
Inside, convection baking heats faster and more evenly to provide better baking and roasting results.
