Basic installation services are available via our third party delivery contractors. Below is the information you need to know regarding these installation services. Installation is optional, and in many cases does incur additional cost. Please let us know prior to your delivery date if you require installation services.

Starting From 2nd Floor | Service charge due per floor to carry laundry machines, ranges, or any similarly sized item up or down stairs. Service charge applies to any scenario where these items must be carried up more than one story. Carry-up to 2nd floor, or carry-down a single flight of staris to a basement is no additional charge. Carrying an item up any staircase or combination of stairs consisting of 9 or more steps is counted as a flight of stairs for the purposes of this charge. This charge is assessed on a per item basis. |

The delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse haul away of any appliance due to unsanitary condition of the appliance, unsafe handling condition the appliance, unsafe conditions of the building related to removing the appliance, or any other reason.
can be performed by the delivery company for a flat rate of $60 within the standard delivery area. A site survey enables estimates for the installation charge for installing non-standard appliances, measurement for fit or clearance, or check for suitable utilities and connections. Performance of a site survey does not guarantee or imply that any appliance purchased is suitable for the application or will fit the installation location or into the building. Site survey charges are non-refundable.
are inevitable and unavoidable as a result of the installation process, especially in cases where holes must be drilled or cabinets modified. The delivery company will make reasonable measures to clean up after installation is performed, but complete cleanup is not always possible and neither BigCentric nor the delivery company are responsible for complete cleanup, regardless of whether or not installation services were performed.
from your new appliances can be disposed of by the delivery company for no charge upon request. Delivery company will not be redispatched to any location to pick up boxes, packaging materials, old appliances, or any other item after delivery has been completed and crew has left the delivery location. If you require items or packaging to be removed from the delivery location this must be done at the time of original delivery.
