KitchenAid Top Control Dishwasher with ProScrub Option - 39 dB
This model is discontinued and is no longer available. The following information is provided for reference purposes only.
KitchenAid's KDTE254 is one of the quietest dishwashers on the market. At just 39 decibels, you can count on consistent cleaning performance, but you won't have to hear it! This model features the ProScrub option for powerful cleaning performance. 40 targeted spray jets used during this cycle make quick work of the most stubborn messes even on large items like pots, pans, or bakeware. This model also features KitchenAid's ProWash sensor wash system. This intuitive wash system uses sensors to determine the ideal wash settings in real time, adjusting for optimum performance.
The stainless steel interior is durable, attractive, and easy to keep clean. Built to withstand the test of time, it resists streaks, stains, and odors while providing quieter operation.
A third rack provides the perfect place for small items, flat items, or unusually shaped and sized things like serving utensils. With the SatinGlide Max ball bearing rails on both the the upper and lower racks, you get a smooth, premium feeling when pulling out the upper rack -- particularly when it is heavily loaded. A fold down shelf with stemware holders on the upper rack can hold additional cups, wine glasses, or long items like spoons and spatulas.
A heated drying option is provided for improved drying performance. The stainless steel interior retains heat, further enhancing the drying cycle.
This model features a removable wash system filter that keeps food particles out of the wash water and results in cleaner dishes without hassle. This filter does require occasional cleaning for optimum performance.
