KitchenAid Dual Fuel Slide In Range with Baking Drawer
X Close
Dual fuel ranges are the best of both worlds, and this model by KitchenAid is no exception. A gas cooking surface provides control and cooking speed, while an electric oven is efficient and heats evenly. This dual fuel model has both.
The KSDB900 features convection as well as a baking drawer. The separate drawer compartment allows you to bake flat items at a different temperature than the main oven compartment. You can even use it as a slow cooker or a plate warmer.
With KitchenAid's Even-Heat convection, the main oven compartment heats with three elements, including a third element behind the convection fan for consistent distribution of hot air inside. Intelligent heat control and preheating means that temperature is maintained in all areas of the oven, including the racks, floor, and walls. It even compensates when you open the oven door! Count on it for perfect baking, roasting, and broiling without burned or undercooked areas.
The included steam rack lets you add moisture to the air in the oven to improve the results of certain types of baking. Also, a wireless temperature probe is provided which allows you to set your oven and walk away -- you can monitor internal temperature from a distance while you work elsewhere.
On top, five burners provide flexibility for running more pots at once. The 19,000 BTU main burner is powerful and flexible, able to go from a simmer to a sear. Continuous cast iron grates accommodate any size of cookware and enable you to easily move on and off of burners.
Smart features like convection conversion and high speed steam cleaning make using this oven a snap.
Optional available side trim accessory kits fit this model and cover damaged countertops, unfinished edges, or other leftovers from old slide-in ranges to make your kitchen beautiful again. (Sold separately.) This KitchenAid FIT system range is guaranteed via manufacturer rebate to fit existing 30" wide slide-in range cutouts.

Hidden Bake Element - The heating element is located beneath the oven floor, where it is protected from spills, drips, and impacts that could result in costly damage. This leaves the bottom of the oven clean and smooth, better looking, and easier to clean. |

Convection Cooking - Utilizes a built in fan to circulate hot air throughout the oven compartment during baking and roasting. Convection results in more even cooking results even across multiple racks. |
