This slide in electric range by KitchenAid is the perfect addition to your kitchen. Intelligent burner control cycles different parts of the electric burner elements on and off in alternating patterns depending on the heat output you select, with the goal of providing more consistent heat than traditional radiant electric ranges. The triple element main burner can be set to one of three sizes to accommodate different sizes of cookware an on its largest setting is capable of a massive 3000 watts. The center warming burner is the perfect place for keeping a sauce or dish hot while you work on something else.

This model features KitchenAid's Even-Heat true convection. The main oven compartment heats with three elements, including a third element behind the convection fan for consistent distribution of hot air inside. Intelligent heat control and preheating means that temperature is maintained in all areas of the oven, including the racks, floor, and walls. It even compensates when you open the oven door! Count on it for perfect baking, roasting, and broiling without burned or undercooked areas.

The included steam rack lets you add moisture to the air in the oven to improve the results of certain types of baking. Also, a wireless temperature probe is provided which allows you to set your oven and walk away -- you can monitor internal temperature from a distance while you work elsewhere.

Optional available side trim accessory kits fit this model and cover damaged countertops, unfinished edges, or other leftovers from old slide-in ranges to make your kitchen beautiful again. Hidden Bake Element - The heating element is located beneath the oven floor, where it is protected from spills, drips, and impacts that could result in costly damage. This leaves the bottom of the oven clean and smooth, better looking, and easier to clean.

Convection Cooking - Utilizes a built in fan to circulate hot air throughout the oven compartment during baking and roasting. Convection results in more even cooking results even across multiple racks.
